- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude phone experience. Was told copies of my papers were not available and buried in a building somewhere. Proper paperwork was not given to sign and give to mortgage company, so my credit is wrong, even after 5 years. Emails and phone calls ignored for weeks.
